We live on 3 acres ranch in Chandler Oklahoma right off

of old historic Route 66 between Oklahoma City and Tulsa.

Our love for Dachshunds started about 18 years ago. Just a week after we moved to Chandler. We had gone into town. As we were driving down main street our daughter saw a old man kick a little 1 pound dachshund puppy into traffic. We stopped and picked her up. No one claimed her, and we were now in love. Bob as we called her (funny story behind that name, if you ever want to hear it , I will be happy to tell it). Bob was the light of our lives. At 5 she became very sick and we were told she had Cushing's (what a terrible disease). She was put on meds of all kinds($500.00) a month. We loved her so we were happy to pay it. We were told she would only live for 2 more years, at the most.  Bob died at 12 years old. We miss you Bob. I didn't ever want another Dachshund. It hurt to much.   Enter my daughter Jamie. On mothers day she pulled out another Bob. I wanted to Kill Jamie. It took awhile, but I fell in love with Puppy Dog ( real Name). The rest is history. Dachshunds are like potato chips,you cant have just one. Out of Bob and Puppy dog ( and Jamie) grew Blackhole Dachshunds. Our life is our dogs. They are our best friends. I owe my life to them, as I have MS and without my dogs I would have given up along time ago.
